Leading Hands 4 U is a licensed and insured Home & Community Based Service (HCBS) foundation based in Arizona. At LH4U, caring for our community is more than just our job- it is a lifestyle that we swear by every day of our lives. We provide affordable non-medical care services all day, every single day of the year. Our caregivers are professional, compassionate, hard-working, and empathetic, and therefore our work means so much to the people, families, and organizations we serve.

Leading Hands has been assisting the community in Goodyear, Buckeye, Avondale, Tolleson, Peoria, Sun City, Glendale, Phoenix, and Fountain Hills, for several years, and are proud to have gained the trust and respect of our customers in all these regions.
LH4U recognizes the need for affordable and accessible home-based care services for people with a disability, elderly, or differently abled community members, and therefore, strives to provide a full range of care services within the comfort and familiarity of our clients’ homes. We understand the importance of customized services and go out of our way to meet every single individual’s unique needs. From basic hygiene and grooming to everyday assistance and beyond, our experienced care staff is only a call away.
Meet Our Founder
Leading Hands 4 U Foundation was started in 2019. The founders learned early on that helping other people was their true calling in life, running a foundation like LH4U has been a lifelong dream. The drive to be of assistance to the community and to help with their daily needs has always been the motivating factor behind LH4U work, and we plan on taking our work further and growing LH4U with time.
